Returns & Exchange Policy

Thousand Miles have partnered up with Return Key to offer you easy returns and exchanges on any order within 45 days of purchase (excluding Clearance Items and Gift Cards).

To initiate a refund/exchange, please submit via this RETURNS & EXCHANGE PORTAL

For further inquiries, our helpful customer service representatives will assist you during our working hours from 9 am to 6 pm (MYT) from Monday to Friday. Your patience is highly appreciated!


We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or try it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 45 days from when you've received your order on condition that:

  • Returned items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging. 
    - For sanitary reasons, AirMesh can only be returned/exchanged if the packaging remains unopened. 

  • Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear

  • The customer will return the item at own cost, we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

  • Free gift or any complimentary that came with the purchase has to be sent back for all returns requests. Any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount of your purchase.

  • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns.

Thousand Miles reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange request for returned item(s) that do not comply with above terms. Please note that we can only grant exchanges once.

    For refunds, shipping fees paid are not refundable. Refunds are only provided after products are received and processed at our warehouse.

    Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.


    • Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your returns & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them. Returns will be processed in the form of store credits.

    • Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back in the form of store credits.


    If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch:
    Do email at us within 24 hours after you have placed your order. Anything past 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.

    We do have an extremely strict quality check in place but sometimes some will slip through the cracks but don't worry. We'd be more than happy to send you your replacement item, so kindly submit your request via the Returns and Exchange Portal.
