We offer domestic delivery within Malaysia.

Note that all of our items are currently on PRE-ORDER. Our shipping times here is calculated AFTER the pre-order closes. Do note that these are estimates as we do not have control over the local postage system.

As all of our orders are manually fulfilled by our amazing fulfilment team, we believe that this is a human error but we are committed to make things right. Please do email us at hello@thousandmilesco.com for us assist you with this. 

Please ship it to somewhere where someone will be able to sign off for you if you're not around as the parcels require signature for the courier to release the parcel.

In cases where they are unable to deliver it to you, please give the courier a call to rearrange for a re-delivery or a pick up, whichever more convenient for you.

We accept Online Banking, Debit/Credit card, PayPal & Stripe.

For Online Banking, please select BillPlz.

For Debit/Credit card & Paypal, please select Paypal as payment method. No account is needed if you're paying with Debit/Credit card.

We run everything online so we do not provide option for Cash on Delivery at the moment.

Please make a new order as we are not able to add on item to existing orders.

To keep our prices accessible, we run on PRE-ORDER to help reduce cost on our end however, this means we do not have ready stocks with us (unless stated otherwise). If you have an urgent order, we'd recommend for you to wait for our items to come in as ready stock before purchasing as we do not accept urgent orders.

Each product has a closing date. Orders will be dispatched AFTER the pre-order closes. Please allow up to 1-3 days for us to fulfil and update you with the tracking number via email. 

Please note that if your item is on PRE-ORDER, you will only be updated with tracking number once your items dispatched (AFTER Pre-Order date).

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Do check your "Promotion" inbox or "Spam" for the email. If you're unable to locate the email, please email us at hello@thousandmilesco.com so we can assist you with this.

We do have an extremely strict quality check in place but sometimes some will slip through the cracks but don't worry. We'd be more than happy to send you your replacement item so please do take a picture of the defect and email it to us at hello@thousandmilesco.com .
