Please ship it to somewhere where someone will be able to sign off for you if you're not around as the parcels require signature for the courier to release the parcel.

In cases where they are unable to deliver it to you, please give the courier a call to rearrange for a re-delivery or a pick up, whichever more convenient for you.

Delivery & Tracking

Once you place your order, we will ship out the order within 24 hours from our warehouse in Malaysia.  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 3-10 working days upon receiving your tracking number, do let us know. Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, our Tracking Page will show your tracking number along with the tracking status of your order. Do note that orders take up to 48 hours to process before a Tracking Number is generated.

You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order is shipped out, and you can track your order status via the tracking number. All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours upon order is placed.
